A five-step process built around partnership.
We want to know your family. We want you to know us. Admissions at The King’s Academy is the first conversation, not a transaction.
The Process
Five steps. Roughly four to six weeks.
Application
The application prepares our staff for your family interview. It requires family testimonies and basic student information.
Reference Check
We e-mail the references your family provided. Once the references are completed by teachers, a friend, and your pastor, we move to the next step.
Academic Testing
Reading, writing, and mathematics testing help us determine whether your student would be able to transition to The King's Academy well.
Family Interview
A chance for our school and your family to ask questions and determine whether we are a good "partnership" fit. Children applying should be present; other family members are welcome.
Decision Letter
Our admissions team evaluates the application, references, testing, and interview notes alongside our current classroom needs and resources, and your family receives a decision by email.
